Suggested solutions

Write automated scripts and provide various tools to preform or speed up the mundane chores so that more focus can be spend on the more interesting elements that people feel will have a greater impact on the project.

Chose a charity/fund/cause to support. Financial support will be a problem, but we could contribute time. For example, The World Community Grid.
